Évora and its surrounding region has a rich history going back more than two millenniums, as demonstrated by megalithic monuments near the city such as the Anta do Zambujeiro and the Cromlech of Almendres. The historic center of Évora is one of the richest of Portugal, being listed as a World Heritage Site since 1986.
It is in this historical environment that we can host your incentive group. During your meeting, we can incorporate outdoor events and teambuilding activities to showcase the pearls of Alentejo.
Day 1
Lisbon –-» Évora
Depending on the chosen transportation, arrival in Évora around lunch time. Lunch at the mentioned restaurant (see below for details). After lunch, transfer to the hotel where it will be provided a welcome drink. Few minutes for check-in and time to freshen up.
Around 3pm, start of the event in the meeting room as described below. Coffee break in the afternoon according to the organization calendar.
In the evening - a gala dinner followed by an open bar with dj-set available until 3:00.

Day 2
Évora ---» Reguengos de Monsaraz ---» Beja ---» Évora
Breakfast at the hotel. Around 10:00, departure to Reguengos de Monsaraz to visit the Herdade do Esporão. Here, the group will have a guided visit to the cellars during the morning and a 2 wine tasting of Defesa Branco and Defesa Tinto. Lunch at the Herdade do Esporão (Enogastronomic Menu) with 4 HE wines and oil tasting included. Early afternoon, teambuilding activity to be chosen (see below for further details).
Departure to Beja around 16:00. Brief city tour and free time for personal activities.
Around 19:00, return to Évora and dinner at the hotel. Accommodation and Overnight.

Blend Creation - be a winemaker for a day!
From the different varieties, do your best blend and present your wine to other winemakers!
Welcome reception followed by a guided tour in the cellars and wineries in the Herdade. Then, the Group will be splitted into several teams with:
- Tasting of 3 wines monocasts HE
- Blend built for 1 wine and preparation of the data file
- Presentation of your wine to the other teams
- Your wine will be accompanied by regional cheeses and sausages from Casa do Porco Preto
- The best wine will be awarded with a special prize!

Price per person: €45,50
- Hot air balloon flight for large groups
Ideal for large corporate groups. This tour offers you the possibility of starting your event in a balloon with a capacity of up to 30 people. Get ready for a trip with a unique and breathtaking views. The departure point will be in the Évora Aerodrome and the arrival at a point yet to set in the Alqueva area or at the Herdade do Esporão, where you can hold a meeting.

- Boat ride on Alqueva Dam (depending on weather conditions)

- Paintball, enjoy our olive groves and gardens and develop here a radical activity
- Balloon rides with output in the Convent (at dawn or late afternoon) and enjoy a privileged tour with aerial views of Évora
- Karting, enjoy one of the most beautiful circuits of Portugal
Day 3
Évora
Breakfast. Free time in Évora for personal activities.
Lunch at Jardim do Passo, near Templo de Diana.
After lunch, farewell speech (if planned) and return to home.
